6 Fat Men and Some Finishings

This post is pictures-heavy!

To start, here are my 6 Fat Men's progresses. I am down to the last Fat Man, Snow Day. These snowmen are a delight to stitch!

They look great together. I have just one more snowman to stitch!

A close up of Snow House

I hope you are not tired of snowmen because my ornament for April is another snowman. This is  from the monthly ornaments by LHN.

When Diana of LHN shows her monthly ornaments for this year, I fell in love with Quaker Birds. This will be my ornament for May. I am ahead of my schedule, ha ha!

Finally, I managed to sit down and did some finishings!
Here is Busy Needle's Needlebook, I added my initial to the back. The pins are gifts from my friend, Joyce.

Next, I finished two scissors fobs, one from LK and the other from SB.

Fabric: 32ct Platinum Linen
Thread: DMC

The next two are pincushions!

Remember this in my last post? It's the bonus chart from LK's Inspiration Boxer #B35.

This pincushion is very tiny, mounted on a small color palette. It is very convenient for beads, buttons and charms during stitching! That bird was stitched by my friend, Kristine.

Another pincushion but this one is not done by me! It's a gift from Kristine. Thank you, Kristine for this gorgeous 15-sided biscornu! Look at the embroidery, they are so beautifully done!

Sorry for the poor pictures, I was trying to capture the beautiful embroideries!

Last but not least a cushion cover finished again by my friend, Kristine. She is good at sewing and patchworks. The stitching was completed much earlier.

I received a beautiful PS ornament from Karen for the HoE PS Ornament Exchange.

Karen chose this design from the Snowy Nights Booklet. I love this ornament, thank you Karen for a lovely Exchange!

For this same exchange, I stitched for Becky Kirkbride a tiny Santa from the mini cards series. I forgot to take a picture of the ornament before sending it out.

This picture was taken by Becky.

Thank you for your patience, hope you have enjoyed these pictures. Thank you for visiting my blog and taking time to leave lovely comments, they are greatly appreciated!

Happy stitching until the next update!

Hugs,
Ellen

I'll never tire of snowmen. They're just too cute. Beautiful stitching! You finished May's ornie already? Nice! Love your finishings, especially the colour palate pincushion. Very unique idea. I'll be sure to keep that in mind :) I'd love to make that 15 sided biscornu too. So pretty ^.^

Hugs,
Veronica.
